Rachel Bruno
Rachel Bruno grew up in Gary, Indiana and is the youngest of three. After graduating from high school, she attended Indiana University. In search of God’s plan for her life, she later moved to Indianapolis and began working for Indiana University in the physician-billing department. She, was employed for more than 14 years. At age 26, while living a healthy, vibrant life, she was suddenly diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. For nine months, she fought and won. Later, while attempting to complete her undergraduate studies, she was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. Thanks to her faith and the wonderful support system of family and friends, she beat that cancer and now talks with other survivors sharing her story in hopes to help them through their journey. She plans to return to school to continue the remaining classes to complete her degree in Health Administration soon.
